Sani Danladi, Ministerial nominee from Taraba State has been facing backlash following a case of forgery against him by the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He was In 2019, barred from holding public office for a period of 10yrs. 

Credible information has it he that wasn't able to participate in the Taraba state gubernatorial primaries due to that effect. This is Indeed a call for the president, Bola Ahmed Tinubu to consider rule of law and respect the decision of the supreme court by shopping for a qualified Ministerial Nominee from Taraba State
