"We Must Support the Incoming Administration Irrespective of Political Differences", PDP Chieftain Rabiu Bako Tasks Nigerians

A Chieftain of the People's Democratic Party in Kaduna State, Mallam Muhammad Rabiu Bako, have called on the citizens to support in incoming APC administration of President Tinubu and Governor Uba Sani of Kaduna State, irrespective of political differences and whatever grievances for the growth and development of our nation's democracy.

Following a press statement released on Monday, Rabiu Bako reminds the nation and it's citizens that; "As our nation experiences yet another democratic transition, the seventh consecutive democratic transition, it is true to the fact that our hard earned democracy is here to stay –and just as former President Mohammed Buhari has said, "I've’s fought a good fight and finished strong. There's absolutely no doubt that finishing strong is also his commitment to an uninterrupted transfer of power to President Bola Tinubu. The ideas of this form of government are one that our nation is still experimenting and continues to make all the ideals even stronger. 

According to Bako, "The Buhari administration has done its part and of course it’s best, in an attempt for nation building. There’s absolutely no question about the efforts made by the Buhari in tackling challenges such as Insecurity, health care, economy and other key sectors. There’s also no doubt that the administration was able to invest huge resources and strategies to the challenging sectors."

"Although, the past administration only inherited the security challenges with regards communal clashes, kidnappings and banditry. They’ve been able to invest a whole lot of efforts to bring to the minimum over the last eight years. Whether they have done well or not, Nigerians will definitely have them in books of history. For me, I have known Buhari as far back in Kaduna even before  his time in Ibadan. We've related closely alongside Late Shinkafi, Sani Dauda, Salisu Daura and several others whereas we even visited his place literally every Sunday evening for lunch; he is indeed a man of integrity and has done his best for Nigeria. We only hope that his successor does even better."

Further stating, "Likewise Kaduna State, there’s absolutely no doubt about how Nasiru Elrufai’s administration have done well. There have been enormous challenges, so have there been rights and wrongs. However, no one can deny the fact that there have been some tough, but necessary policies making for actual development in the state."

"It therefore remains our hope that the administrations of Bola Ahmed Tinubu and that of Governor Uba Sani take off the mantle to do even better than their predecessors. It is indeed necessary that we as citizens and stakeholders in the Nigerian project come together and unite to support the next administration for a better and more properious Nigeria." He added;
