Lere LGA First Lady, Iman Abubakar Offers Free Treatments, Medications to Launch Children & Pregnant Women Week

This morning (05/12/2022), the Chairman of Lere Local Government Hon. Abubakar Buba, represented by his wife, Hajiya Iman Abubakar, launched the Children and pregnant women Week by delivering free maternity & delivery kits. The event was held at the Comprehensive Health Center Saminaka.
After the presentations and Initiative, Hajiya Iman Abubakar visited the delivery room to see some women where she also presented relief items for those who gave birth, including some benefits such as reducing the cost of medicine. She further went to the Medical Ward to see and greet the sick, where she also supported them with free treatments amongst others.

Lere: Hon. Munira Suleiman Takes Project to Maskawa In a Move to Eliminate Long Standing Water Crises in the Area

The construction of a high powered solar Motorized borehole has been completed to improve the lives of rural residents and provide clean drinking water in Maskawa community, Dan-Alhaji Ward. The project, sponsored by Hon. Munira Suleiman Tanimu, member of the Kaduna State House of Assembly representing Lere East constituency and Majority Leader of the house; powered the water project to eliminate the water crisis affecting the community. Indeed, the water crisis have been resolved in Maskawa, with clean water available for drinking and other daily needs. The community is grateful to Hon. Munira Suleiman Tanimu. In the words of Governor of Kaduna State, Mallam Sen. Uba Sani, "A good leader builds infrastructure that benefits the people without knowing their numbers".
