"We Shall Support Uba Sani's Deliberate Drive to Sustain Unity, Security and Progress in Kaduna --Alhaji Rabiu Bako

Elder-statesman and senior citizen, Alhaji Mohammed Rabiu Bako has commended the Executive Governor of Kaduna Sate, Uba Sani for his efforts on promoting unity and peaceful coexistence in the state. Insisting that he has started very well.

According to Rabiu Bako, “There is absolutely no question about the great show of leadership in Kaduna State. The Governor has started very well beyond measures, and has shown immense capacity in promoting unity and peaceful coexistence, thereby bringing all citizens together irrespective of religion, tribe and political . 

“I commend the Governor for his role in further bringing together myself alongside other senior citizens and elders of state to come together and look for ways to foster unity for our dear beloved State. It is very clear that the Governor is very focused in tackling the issues on security which has been a key problem.

As senior citizens answering the Governor’s call, we shall support the deliberate drive to sustain the unity, peace and progress that is on the rise in our dear state. There is absolutely no doubt about the progress made in agriculture, infrastructure, education, and above all improved security. 

Some of the key highlights of the first 100 days of Governor Uba Sani's administration is the fact that also attracted direct foreign investments such as the housing units to be constructed by investors from Qatar. Others include road infrastructure connecting all 23 LGs that have been approved to commence; reduction in tertiary school fees; employment of thousands of young people in a security outfit. All these are reasons why we believe he has started very well and we therefore wish him well. 
Recall that the Governor, on Monday, invited some senior citizens to the Government House in Kaduna to collaborate on policy, security, development and other pertinent matters of state.
