Lere Local Government Boss Presents Gadgets to Agencies, Moves to Improve Security Situation

The Executive Chairman of Lere Local Government Area, who also doubles as the ALGON Chairman in Kaduna State, Honourable Abubakar Buba has moved to improve the security situation in the area.

The Chairman, after conducting the monthly security meeting at the Chambers of Local Government Secretariat with all stakeholders as well as Heads of security agencies within Lere Local Government, presented some necessary security gadgets to enhance effective communication and operations.

The Chairman, joined by his Deputy, Honourable Mathew Gambo, urged them to continue giving their best in maintaining law and order within Lere Local Government and environs.

According to the Special Assistant to the Chairman on General Services, Malam Abubakar Ali, "Mr. Chairman is only taking the right steps and doing exactly what he was elected to do. More so, the security of his people has always been his priority."

This is following some recent activities in some parts of the area carried out by bandits, whereas properties were destroyed.
