BREAKING NEWS: Isa Ashiru Frustrated as Counsel Fails to Present Case of Rigging Against Uba Sani

Mild drama as Hon Isah Ashiru failed to provide a single evidence against Uba Sani at election tribunal
Following the ongoing hearing of the Kaduna gubernatorial election tribunal, Counsels of People's Democratic Party (PDP) and it's gubernatorial Candidate, Hon. Isah Ashiru kudan attempted to submit a fresh request of exhibit, evidence of rigging and over-voting against incumbent Governor Uba Sani. 

However, it attempt failed to scale through because it was objected by INEC and which was still later rejected by the judges.

According to the Veteran Facebook journalist, Mallam Mustapha Yamusa Rigasa, whom was present in court stated that, "The reason of the objection and rejection was because the application that was said to be carrying alot of evidence of election rigging and over-voting is characterized by errors. In line with such, the PDP counsels were given about two hours grace to go and correct the errors and come back. Unfortunately they returned without putting backing up their claims.

The PDP finally requested for the adjournment of the case to after sallah. This is due to the failure to submit a single exhibit or prove of rigging. 

It was recorded that everyone present at the court room, including the lawyers bursted into a huge laughter which caused a little disruption of the proceeding for about three minutes. 

Indeed, this only shows the unpreparedness of the PDP. [Yamusa Rigasa]

In conclusion, the judge read and said, upon the request of the petitioner (Isah Ashiru kudan) and counsel, the court is hereby adjourned the case to 4th July 2023.
