The Kurama Concerned Citizens have accused the Gubernatorial Candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Kaduna State, Isah Ashiru of giving huge sums of money to the President of the Kurama Federated Association, Mr. Dauda Barau and some of his Executives ahead of the Saturday Gubernatorial polls. Ishaya Garu, who spoke on behave of the group on Monday said; "We have just had an emergency virtual meeting whereas we discussed critical issues with regards our people and the way forward. Sun, 12 Mar 2023.  Kaduna State Chapter of the Arewa Christian Youth Forum (ACYF), have disassociated themselves from the Kaduna State Chapter of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) over the faulty endorsement of the governorship candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Hon. Isah Ashiru Kudan.  Briefing journalists in Kaduna on Sunday evening, Comr. Elijah Danbaba Haruna insisted that “the church has no business aligning with a particular political party or candidate in a state were all Christians share diverse and different political opinion, interest and ideology.
