BREAKING: Federal High Court Affirms Embattled Mr. LA as Authentic Senatorial Candidate for Kaduna Central

After several weeks of Judicial ups and downs with the aim to shortchange Hon. Lawal Adamu who is popularly known as Mr. LA, as the PDP Candidate of the Kaduna Central Senatorial District; the Federal High Court in Kaduna has finally made a judgement to that regard. Mr. LA was on Wednesday affirmed as the authentic candidate of the party.  Mr. LA took to his social handle to praise the Judiciary for standing by the truth and also thanked his supporters and family for their steadfastness.  According to him, "With glory to the Will of the Almighty God, I wish to sincerely express my profound gratitude to my family, my parents, my sea of supporters and my friends for standing firmly by my side throughout the cases instituted against my victory in the Kaduna High Court 1 and 2, presided  by Honourable Justice Rilwanu M. The crises rocking the opposition People’s Democratic Party in Kaduna State may have taken a new twist after former Governor Ahmed Makarfi granted an interview on Monday. His interview did not go well with some members of the party who are believed to be against the status quo established by the former Governor.  Hon. Lawal Adamu, the embattled candidate of the Kaduna Central Senatorial Zone (PDP) responded accordingly on what Makarfi had raised with regards the crises in the state and his role in it. According to him, "Makarfi is a well respected Stateman and leader in the party, he shouldn't be lying for no reason whatsoever. He is bigger than that".  Below us the response by Lawal Adamu.

A gubernatorial Aspirant under the platform of the All Progressive Congress APC in Kaduna State, Hon. Sani Shaaban has resigned his membership from the ruling APC with immediate effect. This was contained in a press release personally signed by him and made available to Newsmen in Kaduna. Hon. Shaaban said as a founding member of the party who had worked assiduously for the success of the party both at state and National levels, recent events within the APC in Kaduna State has compelled him to reconsider his membership of the APC which had become more alienated from the masses.
