Hon. Bobai Applauds Etsu Chikun On Leadership Prowess and Support for Governor Uba Sani's Agenda for Sustainable Peace and Security

Wednesday, August 24th, 2023. Hon. Bobai Victor on Wednesday, applauded the Estu Chikun, His Royal Highness, Ishaku Yari, the traditional ruler of the Chikun Chiefdom in Kaduna state for his leadership roles in consolidating and supporting the administration of Governor Uba Sani's developmental agenda and peace programmes. Bobai, who is the Director of Media and Public Affairs of the Southern Kaduna Political Forum and also a resident of Sabon Tasha ward, gave the commendation during a meeting with some selected Political stakeholders in Chikun. He noted that royal fathers in the state have been playing unique roles in promoting peace and unity in their respective Chiefdoms , adding that they should sustain their peace effort so as to consolidate the tempo of development in the state. Niger: Going to War Doesn't Serve Nigeria's Interest -Mohammed Rabiu Bako Insists

Following the rising issues in Sub-saharan Africa with regards Niger; a Statesman and patriarch, Mohammed Rabiu Bako has stated that going to war is never in the interest of Nigeria and Nigerians.  In a statement signed by Mr. Rabiu Bako, he stated; "The tensions growing up with regards the aftermath of the Coup in Niger cannot be overstated. So many opinions have been flying round different mediums with possible Solutions regarding the economic and political implications of going to war in Niger. It is on this that I commend President Bola Tinubu for starting strong, particularly in swift decision making, but also, to state categorically clear why going to war in Niger is bad for the Nigerian state and particularly the Northern Nigerian states at this time.
