Following the progress made so far in areas of governance in Kaduna State and how it is positively affecting the people, Elderstateman and Senior Citizen, Alhaji Mohammed Rabiu Bako has commended Governor Uba Sani for his leadership style and efforts made.  According to Rabiu Bako, "It is a rare privilege for the people of Kaduna State considering the way and manner the governor continues to extend hands of friendship irrespective of religion, ethnicity or political party affiliation. In an attempt to further ensure that the educational system in Kaduna state is stable and functional where teacher's welfare are met and students gets the best of attention; Governor Uba Sani has successfully resolved the dispute surrounding the Nigeria Union of Teachers (NUT) Endwell Scheme by approving the outstanding payment of N548 million.  This decisive action reflects the administration's strong commitment to education and the welfare of teachers within the state. A whole lot had gone wrong in the past where teacher's endured the unfortunate trauma of being sacked and undermanaged by the previous administration.
